The Big Dig is all about getting people down to their local community garden to get growing.

Whether you are new to gardening or an experienced gardener we need your help to make your local community garden grow.

Our most recent national event, The Big Dig Day took place in March 2013. 290 gardens took part and hundreds of people helped dig, plant, prune and get their local garden ready for the new growing season.

Find the community gardens in your town and city on our map and come down and get involved.
